The surface must be smooth, clean, and free of dust, oil, grease, curing agents, or other contaminants. Ideal for smooth concrete surfaces, polished concrete, and terrazzo floors.

Use a microfiber mop or a roller brush for smooth, flat horizontal surfaces to ensure even coverage and proper penetration. Use a brush for small, detailed sections such as corners, edges.

Blocmate® SHINE100™ should be applied during the final stage of the concrete polishing process. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Apply the product evenly across the surface. It may be applied with a mop, roller, or brush. Allow the surface to dry for approximately 1 to 2 hours. Once dried, proceed with polishing using a high-speed floor polisher or planetary grinder equipped with floor polishing/burnishing pad to activate the gloss effect. For best results, start with coarse burnishing pads and work your way to fine polishing pads to enhance gloss and depth.

To maintain the gloss and clarity of surfaces treated with Blocmate® SHINE100™, clean regularly using a microfiber mop. Use a pH-neutral cleaner when needed for tougher dirt or residue. Avoid harsh chemicals, acidic solutions, or abrasive pads, as these can degrade the finish. Gloss may diminish over time due to surface wear, high foot traffic, or prolonged exposure to moisture or constantly wet conditions. If needed, the surface may be re-treated with Blocmate® SHINE100™ and re-polished. Reapplication is generally recommended every 6–12 months or as necessary based on surface conditions.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. If storing after opening, keep the container tightly closed to prevent evaporation and drying of the solution. This solution is stable in storage and can be kept for a year. Just mix well before using it again.
